✓ 1lb Bacon
✓1 1/2 lbs Chicken
✓2 or 3 Garlic Cloves, Minced
✓8oz Cream Cheese
✓12oz Cheddar Cheese
✓3/4 cup Ranch Dressing
✓3/4 cup Buffalo Sauce
✓ 1/2 cup Sour Cream
✓A few Green Onions
✓A little Salt and Pepper
Cook the bacon. I like to cook it in the oven, on broiler for about 4 minutes per side. Set that aside. Then preheat oven to 350°.
Dice up the chicken. Heat some olive oil in a pan, then add the chicken, garlic, and a little salt and pepper.
While that cooks, get a big ass bowl and add the cream cheese, ranch dressing, buffalo sauce, and sour cream.
Add about half the cheddar cheese.
Stir that shit up.
Add the chicken and about half the bacon.
Stir that shit up again, and throw it in a baking dish.
Throw the remaining cheese and bacon on top, and bake for 20 minutes. Then, throw some green onions on top and serve.
*Set the cream cheese at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften. That’ll make it creamy. You could spread this dip on bread and cook it like a panini.
